To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must have been purchased directly from Teeccino.ae
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Returns for products purchased from other retailers or platforms (e.g., Amazon, noon, local stores) must be processed through those sellers.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and delivery address in the UAE
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
Product defect
Shipping error
Damage during delivery
Opened or partially used products
Products not purchased through Teeccino.ae
Gift cards or promotional giveaways
Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received (unless a courier investigation determines a delivery failure)
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
Contact the delivery provider to initiate an investigation
If the issue is unresolved after 10 days, please contact us for further support
If your package is undelivered, refused, or unclaimed and returned to us:
You will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee
